I came across Braedan and Melissa from Ashby partners in January 2018 when I was having trouble with my tenant and my old real estate agent agency.
I felt trapped and had no trust left with my old real estate agent as the tenant’s rent was over 8 weeks behind and they had really bad communication. I was having nightmares that the tenant had ruined my property as I’d never seen an inspection report.
I made the decision to move on and find some one reliable and who keeps good knowledge about the industry.
That is when I met Ashby Partners. Braedan and Melissa were brilliant in their role. They looked after the tenant and property very well. Within only a couple of weeks, they’d worked with the tenant to get the rent up to date, and ensured the tenant left by the notice date.
When I got my property keys back, I walked into a very clean house, definitely not what I expected. It was Unbelievable stuff what Ashby partners did for me.
